Weekend kitbash sketch #1

After watching an inspiring Adam Savage video demonstrating scratch and kitbash modeling, I thought I'd take a crack at sketching a funky little sci fi vehicle. This was super fun and I highly recommend giving it a shot. I modeled some parts from cut sections of polystyrene plasticard and used a random assortment of parts from a variety of plastic model kits. Then I set the model on my driveway (in a cardboard box) and hit it with a coat of grey primer. That's really the gravy as it ties everything together and makes it look purposeful. Definitely going to be making more of these!
